i'm so used to dissociating at inconvient times that i have perfected auto pilot, and can unblur my eyes temporarily to initiate my auto pilot sequence

i pick my eyebrows and eyelashes so often and mindlessly that i now sport a bald spot in my eyebrow

i absolutely can not wear mismatched socks, it makes me feel untethered to myself or like i am missing a puzzle piece

whenever i shop for bread i can not select one without lightly pressing on most of them and choosest the softest one

there are days when i wake up and can feel my seams, as if i'm a plastic toy with visible mold lines. i don't understand it either i'm sorry
